Culture Fusion - A New Definition of Networking Evenings

Culture Fusion Premiere

On the 18th of October 2009, at Spazio Studio, Culturhalle association had the pleasure of launching Culture Fusion, an exclusivist series of cultural happenings designed to create a bridge between the world of arts and the world of business. For one evening, figures, business plans and charts mingled with conceptual art, classic tunes and culinary works of art in an event which proved to be a real success.


Romanian Contemporary Art 2 K


Dan Popescu, director of H’art Gallery, introduced us into the world of Visual Arts, highlighting the most significant moments that marked the evolution of Romanian Contemporary Art. Beginning with the opening of the first private art gallery in 2001, continuing with the emergence of important artists like Roman Tolici, Ion Barladeanu or Gorzo, the development of Romanian Contemporary Art mirrors the ups and downs of the society in which we live.


The Knife and the Brush. A fresh look at today’s world of culinary arts.

Andrei Bucur, our culinary expert, made a tour de force with his delicious food masterpieces. Our guests had the opportunity to taste numerous original and delicious dishes, freshly prepared in order to comply with the rigorous laws of cooking organic food. His overview on the history of culinary arts made us understand once again that art shapes our life even in terms of food and cooking.


SoNoRo Festival: a success story


Razvan Popoci, director of SoNoRo Festival, together with his colleague Catalin Opritoiu, charmed us with a thrilling interpretation of Mozart’s Duet for viola and violin, KV 423. Razvan shared with us the success story of the festival he has been organizing for the last four years, Sonoro. As for his future projects, the concert on the famous stage of Carnegie Hall in February 2010, as part of a world wide tour together with his colleagues from Raro Ensemble, is the result of his dedication and great talentas a viola player.
